"Oh, you are finally here?" Elder Lin's deep but calm voice echoed inside the residence of Elder Lin's when two figures appeared out of thin air.

Le Fang Ling and An Cheng who had appeared right in middle of the main hall were startled when they heard her.

Elder Lin was seated on her favorite window seat while all the while, her hair was swaying slightly in the night breeze.

With the moon shining brightly behind her, only her silhouette could be outlined when one looked at her.

'She is here!! She has been waiting for us!!' They cried in internal panic and Le Fangling unconsciously went to grab the wide sleeve of An Cheng.

"What took you so long?" Despite not getting any other response except for frozen fish look from the two girls, Elder Lin questioned them again.

She silently stood up from her seat and her eyes travelled simultaneously from one face to the next.

Silence was a sign of disaster! An Cheng felt queasy about the current situation they were in. She could also slightly sense the unstable mood of Elder Lin just from the aura she was exuding unconsciously.

"We are gravely sorry for our mistake, Elder Lin." An Cheng kneeled on the ground and bowed down before her.

She pulled the long outer robe of Le Fangling who was still standing like a statue and gestured her to do what she did.

'Copy me..' She gestured with her eyes at the little girl.

"It was partly my fault for not being fast enough to catch up with Senior Sister. I apologize about my incompetence, Elder Lin." Le Fangling too kneeled down in front of Elder Lin and apologized like how An Cheng had done.

"I hope you won't blame senior sister for this," She added right after.

"As her senior sister, this is partly my fault as well." An Cheng was not going to let a feeble little girl take her place just to exempt herself from a punishment..that is to say if they got one.

Elder Lin silently watched two kneeling figure in front of her and just let out a sigh inwardly at how hard they were trying to hide the evidences of them having a fight.

She had clearly experienced the waves of spiritual energy fluctuation when they clashed some moments ago.

The only thing that was weird was she also sensed a different kind of energy that was unusually familiar to her.

She was about to head there to check it herself but just as she was about to fly there, the whole energy disappeared without leaving a trace as if it had not existed in first place.

Since then, she had been occupied thinking about it so she was not really that angry at them for being late.

"Forget about this.." Elder Lin waved her hand in air to dismiss this matter.

"You two..Did you, by any chance notice anything strange while you were coming here?" Elder Lin asked them with a questioning look.

Both An Chneg and Le Fangling shared a glance with each other, their eyes saying they knew nothing about anything.

Both of them agreed silently on not revealing anything about the tussle they had a few minutes ago.

"We don't know anything, elder Lin!" Both of them replied in unison and shook their head vigorously.

Elder Lin:"….."

Looking at them, Elder Lin let out another sigh and rubbed her already throbbing fore head with her index finger.

"Fine, fine get up both of you." Elder Lin asked both of them to stand up from the floor to which the pair happily complied.

As soon as they got up, she walked towards the hallway after motioning to the two girls to follow her.

At the end of the hallway, which was not that far from where they had started walking, a golden colored door was standing proud and tall.

Elder Lin's long outer robe followed right behind her while sweeping the floor.

As for Le Fangling and An Chneg, they too followed behind Elder Lin without questioning anything.

The sound that she wasn't waiting for finally arrived without even giving her any warning.

<Your penalty shall initiate in 10 seconds!> The system sang joyfully inside her head.

The notification continued to ring inside Le Fangling's head without any warning like a fire alarm.

"…..", So this is the system revolting against me? Le Fangling's eyebrows twitched twice when she realized what the system meant by making her regret bullying it which she definitely did not do at all!!

"We will.." She was about to explain what they were about to do after entering the room when Le Fangling rushed past her like a gust of storm.

"Wha-?" Elder Lin and An Cheng both exchanged surprised Pikachu glances at each other and quickly followed inside to see what the new disciple was up to.

But to their surprise they found her lying obediently on the bed.

"Elder Lin, Senior sister has already explained everything to me." Le Fangling took a deep breathe and started again.

"So I am going to lie here like a corpse and you can do anything you want to me." Le Fangling turned her head sideways and looked at both of them with her glistening turquoise eyes.

"I want to get well as fast as I can and only you can do it, Elder Lin!" With a smile as if she was in her final death bed, her eyes full of tears which she was not letting to fall and a slight nod at the end of her statement, Le Fangling closed her eyes and her breathing reduced to a silent and slow motion.

From where they were standing, they could see the rhythmic rise and fall of her chest.

Just when she closed her eyes, the final countdown finally reached 0 and in a smug voice, the system announced that the penalty was initiating.

'Every dog has it's day, lil girl!' Le Fangling mumbled drowsily and then completely lost the control over her body and consciousness.

System, "Why do I suddenly feel it's a little chilly over here?"

What just happened? This time it was Elder Lin and An Cheng who exchanged confused face with each other.

Elder Lin took some time to digest what she just heard. Everything happened too quickly for her to realize what happened with what!

"You..ahemm…" Elder Lin let out a soft cough and gestured towards An Cheng, "I think you should leave for now until I am done."
